Jennifer is a former Marine Corps combat aviator who founded J Vollbrecht Consulting, Inc. Jennifer has built the company from a single member corporation into a network of expert consultants with primary experience working in Department of Energy and Department of Defense Industry.

Jennifer is a Certified Project Manager with over nineteen years’ experience leading multi-disciplinary teams. She is active in the veteran community and serves on the board of Women Veterans Giving. 

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics and a Master’s in Business Administration from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. She received a Doctorate in Business at St. Mary’s College of California.
